A lifelong Arkansan, Andrew Winters was born and raised in Little Rock. After attending Central High School, Winters studied history at nearby Hendrix College, where he thoroughly enjoyed his time as a resident and ultimately president of Martin Hall.
Following graduation from Hendrix, Winters pursued his interests in the law as an administrative staff member of the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s office for several years. His time in the Prosecutor’s Office solidified his desire to pursue further legal education, leading him to enroll in the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. Law school provided Winters exposure to a variety of areas of the law, including clerkships at both private and public law offices as well as the legal department of Windstream Communication, a Fortune 500 company.
