Attorney Gardner Rudolph was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars Honor Society. Mr. Rudolph earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he was actively involved in helping those who needed legal representation but were unable to afford it by volunteering his time with Memphis Area Legal Services. While in law school, Mr. Rudolph served as an Urban Fellow at the City of Memphis Attorney’s Office; law clerk for the Shelby County Attorney’s Office; and judicial assistant to United States Chief Magistrate Judge Diane Vescovo. Before joining Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC, Mr. Rudolph was an attorney at a Memphis area law firm practicing workers’ compensation, insurance defense, and commercial litigation.
