Prior to joining the Law Offices of Wolf and Pravato, Brett successfully litigated cases in numerous Florida courts on behalf of private and public educational institutions, public and private corporations, non-profit organizations, municipal governments, state agencies and political subdivisions, insurance companies and self-insured entities, all with a primary focus on serious bodily injury, wrongful death and catastrophic commercial and domestic property loss. Brett has also defended several matters related to legal malpractice, professional liability, commercial liability, bad faith, construction defect(s), commercial trucking liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, fraud and suspicious claims investigation, defamation, arson and civil theft, as well as a broad range of federal, state and municipal code violations.
