Eliot M. Bader has been practicing personal injury law since 1987.
Born in New York City, his family relocated to Florida in 1978. Mr. Bader graduated from the University of South Florida in 1983, where he was chosen “Who’s Who” in American Colleges and Universities and was on the executive board of directors of Tao Epsilon Phi and student government.
Mr. Bader graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1987 and he became a member of The Florida Bar in the same year.
Mr. Bader has dedicated his entire professional carrier to helping victims of personal injury. Mr. Bader founded our law firm in 1989. Successful results for our clients and strong leadership have helped the firm grow to include two fully staffed offices and two lawyers handling cases throughout Florida. He has handled many cases against Publix, Home Depot, Walmart, Walgreens, and many other major corporations throughout Florida.
Mr. Bader is a member of the Northwest Broward Road Runners Club where he has served as Board Member. He is a member of the Margate Chamber of Commerce as well as a founder of the congregation of Chabad of West Boca Raton and of Parkland Florida. Mr. Bader is a Founder of the Parkland Networking Group.
Mr. Bader was elected by the readers of Forum magazine as the Best Attorney in Margate twice.
Mr. Bader lives in Parkland, Florida and is the father of two children. In his leisure time, Mr. Bader is an avid marathon runner and represents those injured in cycling accidents on a regular basis.
