Mr. Juda began his practice defending insurance companies in the attempt to limit plaintiff’s recoveries in injury and wrongful death claims. This included defending insurance companies in Bad Faith litigation. This experience gives Mr. Juda a unique insight into the operations and thought processes of those who handle claims on behalf of these insurance companies. In 1994 having been sufficiently disillusioned with defending claims, Mr. Juda decided that he would devote his entire professional practice to the representation of individuals injured due to fault of another. He has practiced in both State and Federal Courts in the State of Florida, and throughout the United States. In 1999, Mr. Juda and with Mr. Cohen decided to leave their prior Plaintiff practice in order to provide personal, aggressive representation to those injured through the fault of another.
