Prior to joining Ginnis & Krathen, P.A., he spent the early part of his career defending a wide range of civil issues with a focus on personal injury litigation. As a result of his past work experience, he is intimately knowledgeable of the techniques and strategies used by insurance companies when defending personal injury claims. H Ross’ knowledge and understanding of how insurance companies evaluate a case, provides him with an enormous advantage representing individuals that have been injured due to the negligence of others. H Ross earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Finance, Management and Marketing from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in 2008. While attending law school, he served as a staff member for the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and clerked for Judge Mark Spieser, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, in Broward County, Florida. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008. H Ross is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a native Floridian from Hollywood, Florida.
