Jennings Morgan has called Arkansas home his entire life. He was born and raised in North Little Rock and is a proud graduate of Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Arkansas, Morgan returned to Little Rock where he received his Juris Doctorate from the Bowen School of Law. After law school, Morgan served as a judicial law clerk for Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Tim Fox before going to work as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his time as a Prosecuting Attorney, he advocated for victims of Pulaski County and litigated a wide range of felony cases.
