Karl joins The Injury Firm after spending a majority of his legal career defending insurance carriers and multiple governmental entities in a wide-range of proceedings, such as trials, mediations, non-binding arbitrations, and appraisals. He has significant experience litigating first-party property insurance claims, personal injury protection claims, and a variety of other general liability claims. In addition, he has represented many clients in appeals before the Florida Supreme Court, Second District Court of Appeal, Fourth District Court of Appeal, Fifth District Court of Appeal, and various Florida Circuit Court Appellate Divisions. He has also represented several medical professionals and providers in a number of complex litigation cases in both state and federal court, where insurance carriers sought to recover millions of dollars in paid insurance benefits, but to no avail.
