Margo Friloux is a Mississippi-licensed attorney from Columbus, Mississippi. A die-hard bulldog fan, she attended Mississippi State University for her undergraduate degree and enjoyed a summer studying abroad at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. In 2015, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science and from there decided to attend law school at the Mississippi College School of law in Jackson, Mississippi.
Throughout law school, Margo engaged in various student associations, externships, and athletics. She was a staff writer for the law school’s newspaper, as well as a member of the sports and entertainment law society, business law society, and Women’s Student Bar Association. During her first semester in law school, Margo was chosen to be on a student panel for her excellent research and writing skills and to discuss her findings in front of judges and the student body. Margo also was a member of the Dean’s list in law school for several semesters. She also gained experience as an extern for the In-House Counsel at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and as a judicial extern for circuit court judge James. T. Kitchens, Jr. of the 16th Judicial District in Columbus, Mississippi. She also enjoyed law school intramurals and played for the law school soccer team and in flag football games.
