Matt Barber has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has handled thousands of claims on behalf of various providers and insureds over his career, in addition to representing insurance companies in all matters of insurance coverage and defense.
Matt obtained his JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where he received the Pauline Perlmutter Scholarship. At Cardozo, he clerked with the New York City Law Department, for the appeals and trial units, as well as interned with the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation.
He is a 2005 graduate of Emory University, with BA in African Studies and International Studies, where he was a member of College Council and awarded 100 Senior Honorary. During his time at Emory, he was an Undergraduate Fellow with the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
