Mia Cloud graduated from Florida State University Cum Laude, with Honors, and earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. She is licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

In 2009, Mia founded the Cloud Law Firm. Since then, the firm has grown considerably to include multiple staffed offices in central Florida. Under her guidance, the firm now recovers millions of dollars each year on behalf of injured and disabled clients. As part of her practice, Mia has handled numerous trials. In each personal injury trial to date, Mia has recovered a verdict exceeding the highest pre-trial offer made by the defendant/insurance company. In disability trials, Mia regularly, perhaps even weekly, recovers fully favorable decisions for her clients.

Mia is active in a number of professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Association; Highlands County Bar Association (past president); Clearwater Bar Association; Hillsborough County Bar Association; Florida Justice Association; Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association; National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (“NOSSCR”); Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce (present board of directors); and Rotary Club of Sebring.
