Mr. Cecere specializes in civil trial litigation and has over 14 years of experience in the courtroom trying over 65 cases to verdict. Mr. Cecere became a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in 2008 and was recertified in 2013. Mr. Cecere gained extensive trial experience while working as a defense attorney earlier in his career. Mr. Cecere has litigated claims in the areas of automobile accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, negligent security, faulty products, professional negligence, traumatic brain injury, homeowner’s property damage, and wrongful death. Mr. Cecere is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District and the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Cecere attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Cecere received his Juris Doctorate degree Summa Cum Laude from Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University.
