Nick Marzuk was born and raised in South Florida. He attended the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in history. After graduating from the UF, Mr. Marzuk attended Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Marzuk gained valuable experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office, conducting multiple misdemeanor trials. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Marzuk began working for insurance companies, primarily focusing on PIP defense cases. In 2014, Mr. Marzuk left the defense firm to join Lawlor & Associates, representing injured individuals for personal injury cases and medical providers seeking PIP benefits. Mr. Marzuk was first- or second-chair on multiple jury trials and became the managing attorney at Lawlor & Associates, overseeing multiple departments. In 2020, Nick became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Joining The Schiller Kessler Group in 2020, Mr. Marzuk brings years of civil litigation experience and knowledge to the team – helping clients maximize their recoveries from insurers.
