Mr. Cardenas has extensive experience in automobile negligence, premises liability, intentional torts, and insurance law. He is fluent in Spanish. Background Omar Cardenas spent several years of his childhood living in Bogota, Colombia. He came back to the United States at the early age of 7 and spent the majority of his life in central New Jersey. After graduating from South Brunswick High School in 2000, he attended and graduated from Rutgers University in 2004. He then attended Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2007. He has experience in wide range of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice and general civil litigation matters.
