Shire Patel, Esq. is an attorney in the pre-litigation department at the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine. Shire has a plethora of experience interacting with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters and fraud investigators. Shire takes his time to focus on all the ins and outs of each client’s case, including the investigation process, demand process and final negotiation and settlement. Shire works with clients to prepare and represent them during any and all insurance statements and examinations under oath. Shire takes pride in ensuring that every single client receives the justice they deserve.
Prior to joining Anidjar & Levine, Shire began his legal career at another personal injury law firm working in their personal injury protection division. Shire joined Anidjar & Levine in 2013 as a law clerk and has been with the firm since. Shire is a 2014 graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where he served as vice president of The Tort Law Society and was an active member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, Public Interest Law Society and Asian-American Law Students Association. Each year the student body at Nova designates one individual 3L as the class chosen graduation speaker. In 2014, Shire had the honor of being chosen by his classmates to deliver the commencement speech. In his speech, Shire focused his message on the future and the importance of each member of his graduating class never losing focus on the true purpose of the law; to help others. Shire works every day to further this message.
