He served on the sports medicine team for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League as their Chiropractic Physician from 1996-1998 and 2000-2011. Dr. Lee has served on the sports medicine team with the Arena Football League's Tampa Bay Storm, the University of South Florida, and Hillsborough Community College. Dr. Lee has also been the Head Athletic Trainer at Gaither High School in Tampa.
In 1997, Dr Lee opened Gulf Coast Rehabilitation and Wellness Center with the mission statement, "To provide the most comprehensive and best health care approach to every member in the community." Dr. Lee and his team have helped thousands of members of the community. In 2000, a new 2000 square foot state-of-the-art physical therapy department has been added to further serve the community. The office recently received the Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce Business of Distinction Award.
Dr. Lee is well known for his caring demeanor and his dedication to the well-being of his patients. In 2003, because of his high standards of ethics and professionalism, he was the recipient of the Practice of the Year from practice consultants, Breakthrough Coaching. He always makes himself available to speak to groups and local organizations.
He is an active member of the C.E.P.A. (Care of Elite and Professional Athletes), The Florida Chiropractic Association, Palmer College and Colorado College Alumni Associations; Gonstead Clinical Studies Society, Pinellas Park Chamber of Commerce, and he is an active board member of the Pinellas Park Medical District.
