Mr. Weintraub received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating cum laude in the top 13% of his class. Mr. Weintraub was a member of Moot Court, the Nova Trial Association, was named Dean’s List five times and he was awarded the Merit Scholarship and Varon Scholarship for his excellent academic achievements. While earning his law degree, Mr. Weintraub held intern and law clerk positions both in South Florida and Jacksonville. Before joining the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, Mr. Weintraub worked at a Jacksonville law firm representing clients who were the victims of negligence. Mr. Weintraub has experience representing clients from the date of their injury through collection of a Final Judgment following a jury trial.
Prior to law school, Mr. Weintraub earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and was recruited by a regional CPA firm, where he worked in tax, audit and informational technology departments. There, he gained valuable knowledge in a wide variety of business and personal financial matters.
Mr. Weintraub is an avid fisherman and enjoys spending his free time on the water. Shortly following law school graduation, Mr. Weintraub and his wife, Erin, moved to Jacksonville to start a family and build their careers.
