Eric McEnerney is an attorney in the Memphis office of Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas. Originally from a rice farming family in the small town of Herald in Northern California, McEnerney attended Lodi High School. He worked on the family farm after school and during summers. He enjoyed playing guitar and singing in high school, so he followed his love for music to South Plains College in Levelland, Texas to perform and earn a degree in Commercial Music, and then ultimately to Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business. While attending Belmont, McEnerney developed an interest in the law and was subsequently inspired and encouraged to attend law school by several of his professors, who also happened to be attorneys.
