Krystina Barner was born in Los Angeles, CA, and raised in Little Rock, AR. She has always had a passion for advocating for the rights of others. While in high school, she was attracted to a career in law by The Innocence Project–an organization whose mission is to free innocent people who remain incarcerated and to bring reform to the justice system. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 2014, she worked as a social security disability and personal injury paralegal for three years where she learned the necessary skills and tools to be the best advocate for her clients. Two of those years were spent working with Rainwater, Sexton & Holt. Barner knew a career in law was the right path for her because it enabled her to devote her life to advocacy and service. She is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
