Attorney Andrew William McClelland, Jr. is a lifelong Memphian and civil trial litigator who has passionately represented clients throughout the Mid-South at both the state and federal levels. His practice focuses primarily on plaintiff representation in premises liability, motor vehicle collision, trucking, and workers’ compensation personal injury matters. Following his graduation from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA, Andrew returned to Tennessee to begin his practice advocating for wrongfully injured clients in his hometown. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience working with some of the largest Plaintiff and Defense firms in the country and engaged in complex litigation resulting in millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for his injured clients. Attorney McClelland was selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Arkansas.
