I was born and raised in Miami, Fl. The youngest daughter of Cuban immigrants, I learned at an early age about hard work and dedication. I enjoyed both academic and athletic success throughout high school and eventually college and law school.
I attended Florida International University where I obtained a Bachelors degree in Psychology in December of 2006. I went on to FIU’s College of Law and obtained a J.D. in December of 2010. While at FIU Law, I held the distinguished position of Vice President of the Cuban American Law Society and was also chosen to compete on behalf of FIU’s National Mock Trial Team. I competed in several national and state competitions, helping place FIU Law as one of the top mock trial programs in the state.
Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, I worked at the Alvarez Law Firm and most recently, Simon Trial Firm, where I tried many personal injury cases. I also had the opportunity to assist on over 20 tobacco trials, advocating for Plaintiffs. In 2014, I served on a panel on a live television show, Morning Cafecito, answering legal questions for members of the community. I enjoy traveling, baseball, running and spending time with my family.
