Dr. Kimberly Bender is a graduate of Clearwater High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of South Florida in 1990. She attended Life University graduating magna cum laude as she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1994. There she was awarded high achievement status as she served as a senior intern. In 2000, she completed her board certification in nutrition and now holds the title of Certified Clinical Nutritionist, as well as being a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition. She is a certified instructor for Activator Methods chiropractic technique. Dr. Bender also is a professor at St Petersburg College where she teaches Nutrition and Anatomy & Physiology.

Dr. Kim Bender and all in her office team are very friendly. They ensure the place is kept clean and sanitized. Masks are always up! Dr. Bender is wonderful, knowledgeable, and personable! I have issues with my neck & lower back and she takes the time to work on both areas and educates while she treats you on what you can do to also help yourself. She is on time!!! Which is amazing with the number of people she treats, while being friendly. I recommend her over and over. She also is knowledgeable about nutrition. So thankful she was recommended to me.

I love coming here to get adjusted. I come every other week to help keep my scoliosis in order. Very nice staff. I always feel a million times better after my visits. I just left this morning and my hip, shoulder, and back are pain-free. I’ve seen both Dr. Bender and Dr. Savoy (sorry if I spelled it wrong). I couldn’t live a healthy pain-free life without them!

Dr. Bender is by far the most thorough and knowledgeable chiropractor I have ever been to. Her gals use ultrasound or cool laser first to help reduce inflammation. If I have tight muscle issues she does stretching to loosen my shoulder area also. Her adjustments have been very successful on my neck and back as well as my knee and shoulder. She has also helped me with digestive issues using blood testing. She is kind, caring, and adjusts mostly pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Kim Bender.
I have been to many chiropractors. I stumbled across Dr. Bender from a friend. After one adjustment I felt like a new person. I had no pain. Due to work, I occasionally see chiropractors near my work. I have never found one as good as Dr. Bender. I have been patience for 12 years now, there is nobody better. Recently she hired a new Chiropractor, Dr. Sol who I have seen on occasion. I have a chronic shoulder alignment and after one adjustment from Dr. Sol, my shoulder pain was gone. It has stayed gone and Dr. Sol is an asset to the Bender Chiropractic.
