Dr. Stanganelli graduated from the University of South Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2002 from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Stanganelli is a native of Amsterdam, New York, and moved to Clearwater, Florida in 1978. He practiced in Texas and Florida for 5 years until establishing the "Spinal Health Chiropractic Center" in Largo, Florida in 2007.

The Maria's ( Front office staff) are very caring people as well. They make you feel very comfortable. Doc and Doug!! My two heroes!! I have been hurt from an auto accident and they have both been supportive as well as making me more comfortable. Doug is the therapist with the magic touch. They are great about explaining why it hurts. Doug researches for each of his patients and how to get relief for each individual. The staff is very nice and caring. I would very highly recommend them to anyone.
I came in barely able to move my neck. Dr. Anthony recommended a water pillow and proceeded with gentle treatment over the course of a few visits. Already I feel a huge difference. The staff is friendly, caring, and genuinely are concerned about the patients. Highly recommended!
Dr. Anthony is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything to you. He makes you feel as if you're his only patient, even if there are 20 others there. His staff is amazing as well. They really make you feel important, almost as if I have found a second family there. I have been to another chiropractor that had made me lose faith but give Dr. Anthony and his staff a visit, and you will never go elsewhere.

This was my first adjustment. The front desk staff – super friendly and nice. The Chiropractor is very friendly and professional. Regarding the experience…. the release of pressure from my back and neck ( from the adjustment) nearly made me cry ( in a good way) from absolute relief. I loved it. I excited to see how the treatment progresses from years of athletics and being hard on my body. Would totally recommend to family and friends
I am an athlete and so I looked for the best chiropractor in Fl, that could help me better perform. Dr. Anthony is very knowledgeable and explained how seeing a chiropractor would help my body function at its best. My body takes a lot from my workouts but now I feel better than ever.
